We have just finished 20,000 flat gaskets made of solid silicone for our customer. Due to use of our plotter we could offer the shortest delivery time available. It is one of the most modern devices of this type in Europe with a cutting format of 2800mm x 5000mm. Why to use silicone?In most cases due to its heat resistance up to 230°C. Our silicone plates are manufactured only from high-quality compounds, therefore they meet the highest quality requirements. We can cut any type of seal in a thickness from 0.5 mm to 10 mm and adjust the hardness of the silicone depending on the customer’s needs. Awaiting your enquiry!
