I. Processing of Personal Data

In fulfillment of the obligation arising from Articles 12–14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

1. Personal Data Controller

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

a) Purpose: All activities related to the preparation, conclusion, proper performance, and termination of contracts.
Legal basis: GDPR, Article 6(1)(b).
Retention period: Until the contract is completed, and thereafter for other purposes related to the contract, e.g. securing potential claims.

b) Purpose: All activities related to the preparation, conclusion, proper performance, and termination of contracts to which you are not a party.
Retention period: Until the contract is completed, and thereafter for other purposes related to the contract, e.g. securing potential claims.
Legal basis: GDPR, Article 6(1)(f).

c) Purpose: Carrying out activities based on granted consents, including: informing about the Controller and its activities, marketing conducted via electronic channels and telephone, preparing and sending requested commercial offers, and responding to messages sent via the Controller’s website.
Retention period: Until the consent is withdrawn.
Legal basis: GDPR, Article 6(1)(a). With regard to situations described in points a–b above, the provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

4. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Depending on the purpose and manner of using the service, the Controller may process the following personal data of users:

a) first and last name,
b) e-mail address,
c) telephone number,
d) correspondence address or registered office address,
e) entity identification data, including company name (if it constitutes personal data within the meaning of GDPR),
f) data provided in contact forms, quotation requests, or correspondence with the Controller,
g) other data voluntarily provided by the user that are necessary to achieve a specific processing purpose.

5. Sources of Personal Data

We process your personal data obtained directly from you (e.g. data provided in forms), as well as data obtained from publicly available sources, such as the National Court Register (KRS), the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), and the REGON database.

The Company is not responsible for providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete personal data.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients of your personal data may include:

a) public authorities or entities authorized to request access to or receive personal data under applicable law,
b) entities entrusted by the Controller with personal data processing under concluded agreements, e.g. accounting offices, law firms, printing houses, courier service providers, IT service providers, and other entities processing data on behalf of the Controller,
c) entities to whom you have consented to the disclosure and processing of your personal data.

The Controller does not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.

7. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of cooperation with you or the entity you represent. After that period, data will be stored for the limitation period of claims related to such cooperation or for the period necessary to fulfill obligations imposed by generally applicable laws.

Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be stored for the duration of that consent, i.e. until it is withdrawn. After that time, data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill obligations imposed by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

a) request access to your personal data,
b) request rectification of your personal data,
c) request erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data,
d) object to the processing of your personal data,
e) request data portability,
f) lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, formerly the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection).
The detailed scope of your rights as a data subject is set out in Chapter III of the GDPR entitled “Rights of the data subject”.
g) withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

9. Automated Decision-Making

Your personal data may be processed in an automated or partially automated manner. However, they will not be used to make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

10. Changes to the Policy

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy, in particular due to technological changes and changes in legal regulations.


II. Cookies Policy

“Cookies” are small text files containing IT data stored on users’ devices and intended for use on websites. Cookies allow, among other things, websites to be displayed in a manner tailored to individual preferences and usually contain the website address, the storage time on the user’s device, and a unique identifier.

We use session (temporary) cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are stored on the user’s device until logging out of the website or closing the web browser. Persistent cookies are stored for a defined period specified in the cookie parameters.
